doesn't propagate primalTolerance
/dualTolerance
when problem is an LP

I made the following change to function MOI.optimize!(model::Optimizer)

This is an upstream issue: coin-or/Cbc#512. It is not a bug in Cbc.jl. We forward all parameters to In 2.10.3 we used to use a patched version of Cbc that didn't forward LPs to Clp, but instead pretended that LPs were in fact MIPs (so no duals were returned). Now we use the upstream version of Cbc with no patches. |

@SBuercklin: the waiting time for a fix in Cbc is unknown. I'd encourage you to use HiGHS.jl instead. |
