Specify Anchor Point for Avatar Cropping

The avatar on the page seems to be processed by method Fill, where an anchor point is optional.

But in the corresponding documentation, there's is no anchor point set, as is in this project.

This could lead to a problem. When building the site, hugo can use TopLeft as the anchor point by default.

And I suggest setting the anchor point in the center of the image to follow the typical manner.
