Error while posting #923

I tried posting a message in reply to a conversation which, I think, had been deleted since then: http://www.app.tatamisoft.com/#/home/status/33fb4380-0f85-11e5-beec-fe54008898dc

It didn't work: nothing happened when clicking the "Post" button.

Then I realized someone else had replied: http://www.app.tatamisoft.com/#/home/status/e194a3b0-0f85-11e5-beec-fe54008898dc. I tried replying to this message but still no luck.

I finally realized there was a 500 error hidden in Chrome's console:

We should get proper alerts in case of errors.

I'm looking into this now, it seems that this causes a few issues.
