Technologies are not recognized for most of the services

Symptom

When check Services view on Instana UI, most of the services only show OpenTelemetry as known Technologies. Only "demo" service shows JVM + Nginx + OpenTelemetry.

What is the expected behavior?

More technologies information should be able to recognized by Instana after ingesting these telemetry data, e.g.: for checkout service, it may flag it with Go + OpenTelemetry.

What is the actual behavior?

Only OpenTelemetry shown as known Technology.

Reproduce

Configure opentelemetry-demo to send traces and metrics to Instana, then check Applications -> Services.
