[Feature] webui: download storage template name instead of uploaded file name

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

using the storage template migration the naming convention is for example :
{{{album}}}/{{y}}{{MM}}{{dd}}_{{HH}}{{mm}}{{SSS}}

uploading by backup in mobile app name the file IMG_xxxx

the download button in the web ui a file called {{y}}{{MM}}{{dd}}_{{HH}}{{mm}}{{SSS}} download the file but in its original backup file name instead of the storage template name

it would be great to have the possibility of download the file as it is save in the library instead of IMG_xxxx

I support this request as I think it is very confusing that the name of the download is different to the name of the file on the server.

This is particularly the case when downloading all files of an album. I use a Storage Template and filenames include the datetime, this even works (in most cases) for videos and WhatsApp photos. When I download the album files, the original filenames (from various sources) are used again (IMG_xxx, DSC_xxx, abc4535-...) and therefore the photos cannot be sorted in order of time anymore. I was hoping to overcome exactly this problem with Immich, but the original names in the download defeat the feature of the Storage Templates.

Just a thought: maybe there could be "Download Templates" for renaming files during download to keep this flexible - either to use the original file names, the same as in the Storate Templates or even some other format.
