  1. Shapes: I want a ready-made Rectangle to size and an Eclipse I can rotate and all that stuff, as it would help with my art.

We actually already have 1, by the way of the Snip and Join tool:

For 2, are you referring to a brush stroke that's already shaped into a rectangle/ellipse? Could the guides feature at least help with the rectangle?

I want a 3D version of the shape tool you might find in other programs like Gimp.
Also, I made this before I read the Documentation. Sorry!
