Redesign model landing page /models/[modelId]

The model page (example) is currently just the normal landing page with a selected model.

It doesn't contain any info about the model, it's description, creator, etc. This makes it not super shareable and also means it doesn't perform super well in SEO. Sometimes the settings/[modelId] page ranks higher in google! This is because the settings page has links to the model page, blog post, more description, etc.

We could make the page much more visible/shareable if we redesigned it to add some more details about the model
