Menu on right does not work

I haven't used my NanoVna - h4 for a couple months. Today I turned it on and the menus do not work. Tapping on the screen opens the menu but none of the choices work either by using the button at the top or the screen input. I tried doing a firmware update but it has the same result. Any ideas what could cause this. I tried a couple different firmware updates but all had the same result. Also took the cover off and even out of the case it does the same thing.

I found the problem! Took it apart again and looked at all of it with a 10X magnifier. Didn't find anything but when I brushed it all off with an artists brush this tiny piece of debris fell out. Maybe 2 mm in size. Put it back together and now it works fine. Something must have been shorted...
