cuefigo: a config file from a cue file (entrypoint)

generate a Go struct from an incomplete CUE value (by enriching incomplete to better DSL, this is probably just an option
do we work this into hofmod-cli &| spf13/viper&cobra

--config flag for hof

--profile and --accounts sections too (think of the consultant working in multiple multi-tenant systems)

generally one giant config value for hof
