hof/cue: exporting json + pkg/foo.#def easily from the CLI

currently i have a json file with a single object, and i'd like to apply a #Def from another package and export a new json file after that def has been applied

insufficient args & flags to accomplish this in a one liner

@jpluscplusm this should be working now, if you can do it with cue eval, you can do it with hof eval. If not, there are some hof gen one liners that can too with slightly different arg/flag semantics, but same effect this quote of yours is after
