delete/remove text after it prints

Hello I'm having a problem with removing text.

i have a error message that prints when the user does something that is not allowed, check image for example

my question is how do I remove it after 5 seconds or when the user re-clicks the button to the callback

the lines of code i use

# setting the error message 
 with dpg.stage(tag="stage2"):
            msg2 = dpg.add_text("ERROR: Minimum amount to boost is 50 followers/likes.", tag="text_tag1", color=(255, 0, 1))

# printing the error message
dpg.push_container_stack("full") # full is the main window tag 
dpg.unstage("stage3")
dpg.pop_container_stack()


#deleting method i found in the doc's 
dpg.delete_item(item="stage2")
dpg.delete_item("msg2")
#But for some reason they don't work
