Welcome to the Helpy wiki!

Helpy is a mobile first, modern helpdesk alternative. It is my goal to provide a beautiful and full featured open source alternative to commercial applications like Zendesk or ODesk.

Helpy is written in Ruby on Rails 4.2, and features email integration for support tickets, a search enabled knowledgebase, and community discussion forums.

Getting Started

• Installation on Heroku
• Configure Settings.yml
• Set up Mandrill to receive email
• Adding Support agents
