No admin token generated in fresh install. Am I missing something?

I just installed the Vaultwarden addon for the first time following the steps in the documentation and I'm unable to access the admin panel. The WebUI appears just fine and I can get to the authentication page, but the logs aren't printing the admin password/token. Am I missing something or is there something broken somewhere else? I'm still pretty new to self-hosting, so it's entirely possible there is something that I did wrong.

So far I've tried restarting the addon, reinstalling the addon, disabling SSL, and connecting to the ip address directly (http://myip:7277/admin instead of https://hass.mydomain.com:7277/admin through the reverse proxy). Nothing has changed the results. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
