[Enhancement]: Add eks_properties.*.pod_properties.*.image_pull_secret argument

Description

In Batch Job Definition, eks_properties.*.pod_properties.*.image_pull_secretreferences a Kubernetes secret resource. Currently, this cannot be defined.
