@bschaatsbergen @tylersouthwick I have decomposed manifest into a configuration block based on the example in https://docs.aws.amazon.com/controltower/latest/userguide/lz-api-launch.html and information in https://docs.aws.amazon.com/controltower/latest/userguide/lz-apis-cfn-launch.html. For example

I successfully imported (via terraform import) my test landing zone and updated tags as expected.
I can't run the acceptance tests as I don't have a clean account I can create/destroy landing zones in -- are you able to test?
If not we can release as "best-effort" and ask for community help in testing/finding bugs.
