Error happened when I ran solo node start. We need to provide some instructions to the user on how it can be resolved.

We probably need to allow user to retry the mirror-node deployment part only.

if we check if the nodes are active before we start them, we could see that they are already running and also skip the starting nodes step. we might need a better way to check if they are running than looking at only the logs, though. the process could have been killed.
