Tilt feature for shutters

I want to be able to define the tilt position for my shutters in HA.

I have added a set_tilt_position feature to the project but I can't commit anything.
Can you create a branch and give me rights to commit to that?

you need to create a fork, develop your feature and create a pull request for merging it back.

Hello @chriseberlein, I've merged it into the feature-branch but I needed to change a bit so that tests can run through. Can you please check if everything is working?
