Extension was removed from chrome store (This extension contains malware) #1366
Comments
It was worse for me. Chrome was running and I wasn't at home. As soon as I got home, instead of three windows and 10-15 tabs/windows, there were 2 windows and two tabs. He had no history. Finally, I put back the google profile from the previous day's archive, and the extension blocked it there as well and deleted it - but at least the history was able to put it back. I rewrote the URLs properly from there. But that was not nice from Google |

How to put back the google profile from the previous day's archive? |
bacula, incremental backup. |
I didn't install backup software before, so there is no way? |
It seems you can re-enable the extension for recovery if you reopen Chrome while no internet. That worked for me in the past but now not anymore, at least on Mac. Anyone knows how to re-enable the extension for a while or any alternative? https://www.reddit.com/r/chrome/comments/lcxhks/easy_way_to_get_your_lost_tabs_back_from_the/ |
