How to recover nuked tabs using History

There appear to be various posts on how to recover tabs by way of installing other extensions etc.

If this doesn't work, or the extension folder has already been deleted, then recovering from History is one other option.

I recovered sites in my personal pc, but lost in my working pc with other solution.
