Bug description

Workspaces on EU15 cluster are erroring when closing, due to backup file not being available to be uploaded to storage

Discovered during deployment to production this morning with @wulfthimm, @princerachit and myself

Steps to reproduce

  • Open new workspace
  • Make a code change, without committing to repo
  • Close workspace

Expected behavior

Backups should be created
