• User should be able to start / stop / submit work with RSK address (gpg - crosschain/rsk/bounties/frontend-testing #8350)
• Funder should be able to payout using web3 (gpg - crosschain/rsk/bounties/frontend-testing #8350)

Backend

• Make changes to /v1/contribute endpoint ((gpg - crosschain/rsk/bounties/backend #8351)
