As a hackathon participant on Gitcoin, I'd like a projects page that accurately represents my hackathon project.
As a sponsor of a Gitcoin hackathon, I'd like to know all of the necessary information so that I can properly judge a Hackathon project.
As a developer on Gitcoin, I'd like to know everything that was involved in developing this hackathon project.

Why Is this Needed

Summary:

• There is limited information available on the current Hackathon project page that is live today.
• Great projects are core to great hacks
• Hackers want to represent their projects well

Definition of Done

• Build an improved projects viewing experience for sponsors/developers focusing on the core views of the list page, edit modal, and the project page display.
