not ready to be worked on yet

it'd be great if developers could bid on the fixing of a specific github issue.. and then get that amount contributed from the community

What this means is that a developer writes up a spec/requirements doc/idea for some development, and then also estimates how much time/money it would take to get it built. People then donate, and when the estimated money level is reached, the developer builds the code.

Yusss this is the Gitcoin Requests idea. I am very curious on how this goes... it could allow for a completely new expression if executed properly!
