It is useful for the sender to be notified that the tip has been redeemed (which we already do via email). Probably not something everyone needs to know.

Perhaps the comment could be opt-in via email? Think some users would want people to know they have been tipped (like yours truly 😂) but others would want to retain their privacy.

"User @owocki has tipped you 0.1 ETH. Want to let the world know? Click 'Add Comment' and Gitcoinbot will make a public comment showing the tip in thread."
