Standardbounties expiration date treated differently than Gitcoin expiration date #393

reference: Bounties-Network/StandardBounties#25

in the old gitcoin smart contracts, users could submit after a bounty was submitted.

in standard bounties, this is not so. either

standardbounties upstream needs to change

or -

the UI needs to be much more clear that expiration dates are firm. this could mean

commenting back on the issue to let ppl know it's going to expire soon
sending reminder emails
and more
