ERC20 batch tip send

please fork the tip and /tip/receive functionality such that

1. it's possible to autogenerate (and batch send) 1200 different ERC20 tips (without a ton of metamask confirmations popping up)
2. the receive addresses for each of these tips is stored in a .txt document

MUST be completed by the end of january.
