Implement Frontend - "Support Ended" Email

User Story

As a Grant Supporter, I want to have confirmation that my subscription has been canceled so that I can live peacefully knowing I'm not getting charged for something I no longer want to pay for.

Why Is this Needed

The "Support Ended" Email is needed so the grant supporters have confirmation that their subscription has been canceled.

• Email uses the template.html file found at gitcoinco/web/app/retail/emails

• Implement the designs found at Create Design - "Support Ended" Email #2085
  -assets can be found at:
  Gitcoin Email_Grants.sketch.zip

• html file should be stored at gitcoinco/web/app/retail/emails/grants on the web/grants branch

2. Review the emails layout https://github.com/gitcoinco/web/blob/master/app/retail/templates/emails/template.html
3. Review one of similar templates, e.g. https://github.com/gitcoinco/web/blob/master/app/retail/templates/emails/start_work_approved.html and figure out which HTML blocks and CSS styles are common can be reused so the shipped template will be aligned with already existed templates.
4. Ship the work, in best case on Monday, in worst case on Wednesday.
