as a user who is bountying on behalf of my company, i want an invoice for a bounty, so i can expense it

Why Is this Needed

Summary:
so user can expense their bounty

Current Behavior

no 'invoice' button

Expected Behavior

if user is logged in as funder, a 'view invoice' button will be shown. if user clicks it, they will be shown an invoice that is printable
