Describe the bug
Conversion rates from polonex seem to be creating additional ConversionRate objects which result in bad values being displayed on /explorer and bounty details pages.

To Reproduce
Visit https://gitcoin.co/explorer or any bounty details page.

Expected behavior
Display correct converted values on the explorer and bounty details pages.
