Submitted "start work" info-comment did not show up in the connected GitHub issue.

Describe the bug
I applied to "start work" on a traditional project - here and my info did not show up the connected github issue page. It updated the project on gitcoin's website but the @gitcoinbot did not post the same to the issue page.

Expected behavior
Expected @gitcoinbot to post my "start work" as a comment at the issue page.

Additional context
There were already two workers who had applied before me but none had been "approved" to submit work by the issuer.
