Subject: [PATCH] Glimpse Trial (#5635)

- a 5 day test of the glimpse protocol
- glimpse ad to show on https://gitcoin.co/bounties/funder
- replaced codefund's funder.js with a api-compatible glimpse script to
deliver consensys creatives in place of codefund's
