our CI is already configured to use the version of ghc which github.com/haskell/actions calls "latest", so I guess I just need to run CI! https://github.com/gelisam/hawk/actions/runs/894604806

"latest" apparently resolves to ghc-9.0.1. I've seen this before; it doesn't mean they don't support 9.2, it just means we have to request it explicitly.

blocked until upstream bugs are fixed.
