Add participants feature to EventDetails page

Add a tab with features around the list of participants.

Do we have an Api for this? Where are these stored? Are those the people
who say yes to the G+ event.

There should be an integration into the hub first..

I think project balloon 🎈 has potential to be the official site. :) But we need developers.
