feat: Get Chrome path from process

Friend in the QQ group said that he still couldn't get the Chrome path, and suddenly he came up with this idea.
In theory, a program can launch Chrome as long as Chrome can be opened manually.

谢谢提交。但连接浏览器失败的原因不是找不到浏览器进程，而是指定的端口被占用，或用户文件夹冲突。也许还有其它原因，但我没有重现这个现象，还不知道。以后有群友遇到时我了解一下。

我看意思是程序无法启动Chrome 不是Chrome启动无法连接的问题 ..
这个思路只要手动能打开 程序就能启动。
可能极个别情况吧 后面看还有人有问题了再看。
