MQTT subscribe action

Good morning :)

like a lot of people I use MQTT quite a lot for my IoT devices and I would really like to use MQTT topics as triggers for actions.
Unfortunately, HA currently only supports the publish action, so it can only trigger actions elsewhere but you cannot listen for triggers.

It would be really cool if we could subscribe to a topic and listen for information we could use to trigger actions and also to use the data as values e.g. for assigning labels or areas (which is now possible thanks to Spook ).
