Disable a domain/integration

Hey, you have great stuff...cannot stop repeating this :) ... wanted to pass this by you as an Idea.

During restart of HA, I cannot control which integration comes on first and I have a few custom ones (some my own / mea culpa) that are taking their time for each entity/device they have been setup. Their refresh is on 1 minute or even faster and refresh is slow too due to their nature.....so if this is part of the overall HA startup, it takes 5+ minutes to get back on track.

My current setup is to disable them before restart and re-enable few mins after, this makes base HA restart fine.
But for some integrations this means identifying each config entry and if I add a new one, I have to add them manually.

My request is to review if there is an option to disable/enable all entries for a domain
