Description

Since this is not urgent, let's upgrade mako==1.2.2 as soon as freedomofpress/securedrop-builder#383 is merged.

I opened a draft branch, and the hash matches.

The diff review was performed for the server, and since the wheel is reproducible, it should only be a matter of copying it from the securedrop-app-code project to the securedrop-client one. (:tada: repoducibility, and :tada: the wheels reorganization!)
