Starting a worker does not keep it in a running state. One has to manually issue each step with the step command. A dirty hack is implemented in https://github.com/Andreas82/holumbus/tree/dirty-worker-hack, which allows the step command to loop. The commands to start the worker in the modified version are as follows:
