They bumped to 8.2 cos they forgotten to raise their minor version number on the release

@evan-goode Hi Evan can you please merge Prism Launcher 8.3 and make a release? The newer version include Java21 which is needed for 1.20.5 and higher and any other future versions. java17 only work until 1.20.4. Thanks
