[webview_flutter_android] Add additional WebSettings methods

Exposes native WebSettings such as setAllowFileAccess, setAllowContentAccess, setGeolocationEnabled, and setCacheMode in order to give developers more options to configure the native webview and restrict these features that are enabled by default.
