• All: Rename flavor to category.
• All: date, start, and/or end entries are no longer required.
• All: In general, only require fields that the section item (job, education stint, etc.) would be meaningless without. For example, on an employment stint, the employer name is required; the section makes no sense without it. But the candidate role is not required; the section can still convey information without it.
