Bug Report

Describe the bug
When Merge_Log is enabled K8S-Logging.Parser is ignored.

To Reproduce

Enable K8S-Logging.Parser and Merge_Log
add an annotation like fluentbit.io/parser: myparser to a pod

Expected behavior
myparser is used to parse the log message.
Or if this is excepted behavior it should be mentioned in the documentation.

Version used: 3.2.2
Filters and plugins: kubernetes filter
