• For archives (not ebooks): Add the option to skip "scanlation" files and seek "cover" files (see issue More intelligent determination of files to represent comic archives #43). "scanlation" files are often added to manga archives by "scanlation" groups, and the names often includes "credits", "recruit", "logo" and others.

• Rework the manager. Addresses issue AZW3 in README but not listed in CBXManager #66, adds the scanlation/cover options, and now uses tooltips for explanation of the advanced options:

• Partially address issue DarkThumbs to support SVG images #34. Shows a partial cover for the "advanced" versions of "Standard Ebooks". [See issue DarkThumbs to support SVG images #34 for more details]
• Update the libmobi library.
• Fix a bug where the archive icon could randomly appear even if set to off
