error on register

Hi,
I use a JCOP P60 SecID card, I have succefully generate a .cap with eclipse and NXP JCOP plugin, and applet is well installed.
My problems are the followings :

• the applet don't pass all the test of NFC self-conformance test tool;
• the register step of https://crxjs-dot-u2fdemo.appspot.com/ on Chrome android don't work (the error is just error);

I have assumed that the certificate dating from 2015 was responsible for the error, so I followed the instructions in /doc/Attestation证书生成.md to generate another one but without much success. The result is the same.
(honestly with the instructions in chinese i could make a mistake).

After install I have send this command to setup the applet :
