When installing create-react-app globally using Yarn, changes to HTML are not livereloading for me. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Yes, it is a known issue that HTML does not live-reload in 0.9.x, see #1508.
Sorry that you ran into this -- it will be resolved in the upcoming 0.10.0 release!

This option is provided by webpack-dev-server. If you would like this to be in a 0.9.x, please open a issue with them and ask that the option be backported to [email protected].
