When using the "Connect using a crossing" option on the crossing ways validator, add all necessary tags

It looked like they used "Connect using a crossing" on this prompt..

...But then were immediately asked to sync the crossing island tag, something that should have been synced already:

(Also the wording on this message is confusing - it already is a crossing, so shouldn't have been presented as a candidate)
