Warnings/issues list does not update as I zoom

When I open the warnings panel, I select everything, and in view

When I zoom in or out, I would expect more issues to appear or disappear specific to my view. But that does not happen: I need to manually switch the radio buttons to force it to recalculate my view

Steps to reproduce

1. open warnings tab
2. select all edits
3. select in view
4. zoom in or out and observe no change
5. zoom in or out, toggle one radio button back and forth and notice change

It looks like this is now working in the latest code.. It likely got fixed during #1205 or #1156
