Create a psick::set function which generates a psick::set resource whose params can be queried by a psick::get function using a puppetdb query like:

  $get_query = "[\"from\", \"resources\", [\"and\",[\"=\", \"type\", \"Psick::Get\"],[\"=\", \"title\", \".....\"]]]"
  $puppetdb_get_contents = puppetdb_query($get_query)
  $contents = pick ($puppetdb_get_contents, {})
