GUI is limited to 8 extra parameters due to window size

Since the "Edit connection" window cannot be resized (this is true for the main application window as well), the "Advanced" part breaks after adding 8 command line parameters. The "Add param" button gets shifted outside the window frame and it can no longer be clicked.
