Unable to reproduce sample

I am trying to implement the sample.

This is a sample workflow run.

Vale reports the number of errors, suggestions and warnings
However, the Annotations are not being generated

@jdkato , I am running an action on a forked repository, and get the following message

reviewdog: This GitHub token doesn't have write permission of Review API [1], so reviewdog will report results via logging command [2] and create annotations similar to github-pr-check reporter as a fallback.

How do I resolve this ?
